Write down whatever you are carrying right now. I read every request myself — by name if you leave one, and just as truly if you don’t.

把你現在正在背的事寫下來。每一則我都親自讀 —— 你留下名字，我就叫著你的名字禱告；你不留，我一樣認真為你禱告。

It does not have to be tidy or well-worded. You don’t have to explain yourself, and you don’t have to have figured it out first. God already knows the whole of it. This is only so you don’t have to hold it on your own.

不用寫得整齊，也不用寫得好聽。你不必解釋自己，也不必先想清楚。神早就知道整件事。寫在這裡，只是為了讓你不用一個人扛。

Anonymous is completely fine — God already knows who you are. A first name, a nickname, or nothing at all.

Only if you would like a reply. It is never shared, never added to a mailing list, and never shown on the wall.

只有想收到回覆才需要填。不會給任何人、不會加進任何名單，也不會出現在牆上。

As much or as little as you want. One sentence is enough. Nobody is going to grade this.

想寫多少就寫多少，一句話也夠。沒有人會評分。
